- Click “File”
- Click “Print”
- Look for the drop down box that says “No Scaling, buy Print sheets at their actual size”. We don’t want to do that! Click on the dropdown and select the option you want – either “Fit on one page”, visit this “Fit all columns on one page”, or “Fit all rows on one page”
- Click Print!
There you have it, the quick and easy way to make sure your spreadsheet ends up on one page when you print it!
